I like knowing what kind of coupons are coming so I can determine how many papers to purchase. I generally get two, but if the coupons are really good, I may get three or four. Sometimes there are no inserts, so I'm glad to save the time and money. Oh and one more tip, while you're at the store picking them up, take a minute to thumb through and make sure ALL inserts are there. A couple weeks back I decided not to worry about it and was shorted an insert.
Incidentally, over the past few weeks I've been working to streamline the amount of time I spend clipping and sorting my coupons. I seem to have come up with a system that works for me at the moment. After I pick up my papers tomorrow (in my area we're lucky enough to get a Sunday Advance edition), I'll post about my coupon organization method. (As exciting as all this is, please do try and get some sleep…or better still, do something fun…it's Friday night for crying out loud!)
