UPDATE: The site has reset! I already found a couple coupons: 1) there is a model who has his arm laying on the floor beside him. I clicked with it for awhile and got it to reattach and it brought up a 25% off $50 purchase or more coupon. 2) I found a 15% off entire purchase coupon by clicking on the "Get their no-sweat style" banner. I'll keep looking! It does appear that the $50 and $75-off-$100 coupons are gone already!
UPDATE: found the 10% off entire purchase by watching the video. When the tanks come up, there is a $2 tank special in a star-shaped banner. Click on that for the 10% coupon! There are still $30 off $100 coupons…anyone?
It appears that the Old Navy Weekly site is currently under construction. I've no idea when the site will reset, but if you are up to find some great coupons, I'd keep checking back as you are able.
I'll do my best to check from time to time and report any updates if I find them!
New to Old Navy Weekly? The basic premise is that the site changes its design each week. There are printable coupons hidden throughout the site and you find them by moving your mouse to various locations. When it turns from an arrow to a hand, you know you have something to click on. Sometimes it's not a coupon, just an ad or a friendly message. Other times it will tell you that you've found a coupon and what the coupon is good for. You can then choose to print it, or continue to hunt for other coupons. You may only print one. (And it's my understanding you may now also email an additional coupon to a friend.)
The higher value coupons (meaning $50 off $100 or the much-talked-about $75 off $100 coupons) are a bit trickier. They usually involve clicking on a fast-moving object that appears on the screen every few minutes (such as a fish, bouncing ball, or bird). Additionally, some of the coupons require you to do more than just click…for instance, you might need to drag and move an object elsewhere on the screen.
My personal opinion? Old Navy has done an excellent job in creating intrigue and excitement about their brand and products. These coupons have undoubtedly driven traffic to their website and stores. It is also a great move considering that consumer spending has gone down with the economic difficulties so many are facing. They are in touch with today's bargain shopper.
