I have the same issues at my Rite Aid – and they’re so mean! My Rite Aid is brand new – opened 2 weeks ago – so you’d think they’d like to entice business. I have no advice but to take the coupon policy with you. Technically – the employees are supposed to “sign off” on the policy saying they’ve read it (I saw that somewhere) – maybe call corporate offices say how disppointed you are – that you like shopping at Rite Aid – but….. This week I went to a Rite Aid about 10 miles from home because I had a deal for all this Nivea stuff – totally legit – well – THAT Rite Aid was so excited to see what I had done – they were soooooo nice.

I usually do the following: I unload my cart and have it all rung up, then I hand over the $5/$25 or whatever one I am using. Then I hand over all in ad coupons and then I hand over all my manufacture coupons and I do each of these one at a time so that I know it all gets rung up. If he gives you a hard time about it all, just say, “the other day I was at (insert store name) and they kept some of my coupons without scanning them and I just want to make sure that everything gets scanned because I am on such a tight budget”, or something to the like. If you blame it on someone else then he shouldn’t take offense. If he asks why you are changing things up, like by having YOU unload it all, you can say, I just want to make sure I got everything.” Then smile. If all this works don’t forget to thank him for his patience etc. If all of this doesn’t work, I would see if you can find the manager wandering the store and ask them if they would always ring you up because of the problems you have had. I feel your pain! Are local Rite Aid did the same thing to me SOOOOOO! I came home called customer service and got a $15 gift card for my troubie. The next day went back made a few returns and the girl had to go talk to the manager and came back out and oddly enough she even called me by name and said for you!!!Brenda we can do that for you Yes you guessed it I got paid for being a B#2#ED!!!!I have gotten $50 from Walmart and $25 from Bath and Body Works too Im done being treated like trash when Im using coupons Oh my last ? is when is someone going to make Walmart accountable for NOT having the lowest prices I actually returned a 42 Sony TV because they would not match Sears ad $85 cheaper Wake up people your not going to keep letting them STEAL from us anymore Call complain and dont assume they are truthfull Look around They wont even double a coupon SHAME ON WALMART
