I joined recently and soon received some great Kashi coupons! Two of them were $3 off GoLean Crunch cereal – and I was able to wait for a Fred Meyer sale and get 'em for free. From what I've heard, it's the norm for them to send coupons of such a high value that it's easy to get the product for free.
They will also occasionally have free samples you can receive. Their coupons and samples enable you to try products you might not have otherwise, and then give you the opportunity to go back and rate the items.
