Call for YOUR photos and YOUR results!

Readers, as much as I love sharing my trips and savings with you…it's time to see YOUR results.

Did you rock the P&G promotion at Albertsons this week? Make a bunch of freezer meals for cheap? Score some freebies at Walgreens? Do something else you think would inspire my readers related to saving money?

I would love to feature YOU!

Please email me your photo(s) along with how much you spent, how much you saved, and anything else you care to share at thecouponproject at hotmail dot com. I am all about respecting your privacy – so I will include your first name only, and if you wish, keep you completely anonymous. Oh, and this should go without saying, but your deals MUST follow my ethics guidelines in order to be considered. (In other words, don't show me how you opened 10 boxes of cereal, got the coupons out, and used them to buy cereal at another store. That's a no-no.)

Remember, The Coupon Project is a project to get as many people saving on their groceries as possible. Please consider sharing your results to encourage other readers. Thank you!

I found your site recently when moneysavingmom linked your WONDERFUL spreadsheet. If I ever get my new camera hooked up so that I can upload pictures onto my computer, I would love to send you some. (Working on it)

And thanks for the link about coupon ethics. I recently heard of a fellow couponer making copies of printables and I was upset about that. Your guidelines are very helpful.

Making copies of printables is more than just a little unethical it’s FRAUD and the abuser is subject to SERIOUS penalties including fines and possible imprisonment depending on the severity. I imagine (and hope!) that couponer is doing this because they don’t know better. Could you please take the time to sternly warn them?

For more information, please visit the Coupon Information Corporation website at http://www.cents-off.com/

On a happier note, I sure hope you’ll get your camera hooked up. I’m aching to feature what my readers are doing…it’ll just be more fun that way!

Thanks so much for this! Wondering how it works with tax and stuff and what is the easiest way to get the stock price? do you just use a calculator because my albies receipts don’t show the cost before coupons.

Wherever possible my motto is “KEEP IT SIMPLE.” If you’re referring to my Savings Tracker, on the Shelf Cost I INCLUDE tax b/c I’m paying this either way. The tax is also reflected in my amount paid. Obviously, coupons, discounts, and rebates are what they are. Today I’ll be spending some more time illustrating how I’m using the Tracker in response to reader comments and questions. Come back later!!
