Weight loss update: 12 pounds down!

I do my best to keep my two blogs separate, but for those just joining me I wanted to let you know that I run a weight loss/marathoning blog called 26 Pounds 26 Miles. I only update about once or twice a week, but anticipate posting more as I get into the thick of my training and racing season.

I wanted to update you that as of today, I'm down 12 pounds from when I started in December! I put some before and after photos up here. I hope you'll check it out. I've added my other blog to my blog roll in case you wish to follow me on my journey to my pre-baby body!

I am so PROUD of you!I know how hard it is to lose weight. I have been on 1200 kcal/day and a good multi-vitamin and lots of water since December 26 and have lost 9 pounds! Since I use an electric wheelchair I am limited to daily resistance bands and tai chi for my daily exercises. I would love to go swimming but I need someone to go in the water with me. So..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Keep us posted about your progress. Happiness isnt a station in life you arrive at; its all those wonderful little moments and events that just happen in your everyday life.
