Hey Angela
We’ve been so busy talking about Post, we haven’t even done the other deals yet!
Just wanted to let you know a reader emailed us with a great scenario purchasing only 4 boxes of Post, use TWO coupons, and just ONE double! Comes to $.39 plus tax for FOUR BOXES! Woot! This is a great way to stretch your doubles!
I’m confused about buying 10 Smart Ones…Can I use 2 or all three of those coupons in one transaction?
Cathy – thanks! I looked to see if you’d done other deals. They are light and dull compared to Post!
Katrina, sorry if this is confusing…I had a hard time writing it clear. I would use the $3/10 coupon no matter what. THEN it depends on what your tastes are if you’d want to use the breakfast or dessert coupons. I would NOT try to overlap the free dessert or breakfast coupons. In my write-up though, I wanted to make sure folks knew that all those coupons were available. I HTH:
YES:
10 SmartOnes
$3/10 coupon
(2) free dessert coupons when you buy 5
(This seems a perfectly acceptable use of coupons IMO)
NO:
10 SmartOnes
$3/10 coupon
(2) free dessert coupons when you buy 5
(3) free breakfast coupons when you buy 3
Sorry if this isn’t clear…I just personally would not overlap the dessert and breakfast coupons. This is a trickier, gray area. You might ask your store what their thought is too. Any other thoughts???
Thanks for the clarification, Angela.
By the way, after I do my first cereal transaction I plan to buy cereal in groups of 6 and one yoplait (10.04), using 3 cereal coupons, 3 doublers and $4 coupon for a total of 4 cents. My girls go through Yogurt like crazy, so it will be a good match for us.
Where are you located? I didn’t see doublers in my ad here in Southern California..
