Tanya, me again! I was just reading an interesting post over at Fabulessly Frugal tonight. They blog out of Idaho and just put up a post about the differing coupons in Idaho papers! How funny is it they'd be talking about that! Please read their post - maybe it will answer some of the questions you have and help you find the paper you need:

Tanya, boy do I wish I had an answer for you - I really don't know why certain areas receive certain values of coupons. I share coupon values based out of the papers I receive (Seattle/Tacoma).

One thought for you, you might check the coupon database at www.hotcouponworld.com. That database may well point you to a coupon value for an insert that you did receive.

Please feel free to email me directly at thecouponproject at hotmail dot com if you want additional assistance, and I'll do my best to find you some additional resources that work for your area. Thanks!

I live in North Idaho and have found several times that the coupons you mention for a match ups are not in the insert you direct us to. This is looking in the ads from both my local paper and the Spokane, WA paper. This time it was the pasta and kettle chip coupons to use at Fredies. Do you know why they don't give us the same coupons?

In the 1/10 SS there were several Smart Ones coupons that don't expire until 4/30/10. I would use the FREE Flatbread when you purchase 3, and the FREE Breakfast when you purchase 5. This works out to $1.42 each when pairing with the $3/10 coupon.
