Did anyone notice that in last Sunday's ad the Pampers coupon page was advertising a new "Dry Max" variety?
This sure caught my eye. Anytime there are changes to packaging like this – even slight – there is a good chance stores will need to move out the older packages.
Sure enough, today at Albertsons on Pacific Highway (Federal Way, WA), there was a cart up near checkout with the big boxes of Pampers Cruisers on clearance for $13.99. Use the $2/1 coupon from the 3/14 insert, and you have a big box for $11.99 (these were regularly $19.99 I believe).
I didn't get close enough to get the # counts of diapers per box, so this may or may not be a deal worth considering for you personally.
Regardless – make sure to keep your $2 insert coupons handy and take the time to check your stores – Walgreens, Rite Aid, Target, Safeway, etc., just in case they're running a sale too. You might also keep a calculator handy to check on the unit price before making a purchasing decision. In general, I try to pay $0.12 a diaper or less.

They were at my store also (North Auburn), but the stock was limited. They were $13.99 for the big box which worked out to around 20 cents a diaper (size 5) even after the $2 off.
Hmmm. That’s not fantastic IMO. However, I’d be curious to see if the smaller packs go on clearance – and at other stores where they might be less money, too.
Target in Bonney Lake has many of thier Pampers marked down on clearance too. They were mixed in with the rest of the diapers.
