Reader Patricia emailed me a hot Fred Meyer tip today.
At her Oregon Fred Meyer store, there was a display of Guylian Belgian chocolates on sale for $2.50 with a pad of rebate forms attached. The rebates are "try me free!" so minus the cost of a postage stamp, you'd be looking at free chocolate!
Patricia writes, "I got the praline flavor, which was delicious." Sounds like a good choice to me!

By the way, my family and I took an impromptu road trip today (which was much needed!). While out, we stopped off at Fred Meyer and I was sure to pick up the Extra Savings booklet. In thumbing through it on our drive, I wasn't overly impressed – but there were a couple noteable deals. Watch for matchups tomorrow.
