I wanted to remind everyone that the awesome $5 SC Johnson rebate ends June 30th!
If you’re just joining me, the rebate states you can earn $5 back when you purchase ANY three SC Johnson products! SC Johnson brands include:

Your purchases do not have to all be on the same receipt. I bet if you go back through your current receipt stash from 10/1/09 through now, you just might be able to find you’ve purchased at least three items already!
AND according to the small print, each household may submit up to THREE $5 rebates, for a potential of $15 cash back from SC Johnson! You will need to mail in each rebate separately, however.
I need to get my you-know-what in gear and get this rebate in!
Need a great idea for how to earn this rebate? I suggest Safeway’s current Ziploc container deal. You’d end up making a profit after Catalinas and the rebate!

FYI – I called SC Johnson and they said you could submit all 3 in one envelope to save on postage. Just thought i would pass it on…

I accidentally threw away my receipt. I bought a ton of ziplock bags and tossed the receipt. I even reminded myself before I went to the store not to throw it away…dummy head! Maybe next time I will put it in my binder.
I FOUND IT!!!! I tucked it away in my wallet so that I wouldn’t lose it (I did anyways LOL)! I jumped in my recycle bin and didn’t see a thing, I thought it was long gone. Thank you Trina for the info on being able to send all 3 in one envelope. I was just about to ask if anyone knew that. I have only one receipt but 8 items I purchased. I’m sure I can dig up another receipt for one more item. Thank you so much for posting this I would not have known about it, if not for you!
The container deal at Safeway worked great. The little containers are perfect for snacks & the larger ones for meals to give away. Sometimes the container is the most expensive part of giving a meal to someone. I am hoping to use the med. ones for freezer jam. Good find!
