I found this blog more than a year ago and was completely intrigued. In addition to helping you find deals, blogger Carrie helps you find legitimate ways to make money from the Internet. She is very honest about her own ability to do this…in fact, she has a tracked at the top of her web page that indicates she’s saved and earned $13,675 so far this year.

On a personal note, about this time last year I was reading her very detailed instructions on how to make money doing online offers. I had always assumed these to be a complete scam, but I was shocked at how many of Carrie’s readers had received $500, and even $1,000 in VISA gift cards. After carefully discussing this with my husband, we decided to give it a try. By following Carrie’s careful notes, I’m proud to say I earned $1,000 in pre-paid VISA gift cards by the end of last summer! I would say roughly $750 of this was profit and I probably spent 5-6 hours total earning this money (not bad, eh?). We used this money to pay down some bills and complete some house projects.

While I wouldn’t say the online offers are for everyone (there is some risk involved), Carrie does seem to have ways to make money for virtually everyone – including studies, market research, mystery shopping, and high interest checking accounts. Prior to blogging, Carrie worked as an accountant. She is a very smart cookie and does an excellent job breaking down money earning methods to her readers.

The other thing that completely impresses me about Carrie? You can CALL HER. No joke. Head to her contact page and she has her phone number listed so you can call her if you have any questions or need help making sense of an offer she’s posted! Talk about personable!
