Tacoma only has a QFC out towards Puyallup, Frederickson area so I usually wait and go to Gig Harbor. Not wanting to pay the toll I check at the freddies near my house in UP and the one near the bridge and no go on the sale. BUMMER!
It’s hard to say with Kroger stores – sometimes we see a sale across multiple affiliates, and other times not. I’m sorry if you headed to both stores because of this post – I honestly was not sure one way or the other.
In the future, I’ll make sure to add something to the effect of “call ahead and see if your Kroger store also has this item on sale” or something similar. I’m all about folks saving gas wherever possible.
This deal worked for me!! I had 6 coupons for the sun crystals & many other coupons. The cashier did not even seem to notice since I gave her a stack & it did not beep!! I love getting produce for free!!
