Thank you so much for sharing your tracker and spending some additional time walking us through it. I just got mine up to date and I am so excited! Strange how the numbers are so thrilling to see. I appreciate the time and energy you put into creating this.
Thanks for your sweet comment! Happy saving in 2011!
I know you’ve done a lot to this and it will probably evolve over time so I just thought I would put in a suggestion that would be helpful for me would be a space maybe at the top right for current UP and RR and Catalinas and when they expire. I have been folding them and writing on the edge the store and the total amount and expiration and putting them int he same slot as my debit card to help keep from losing them but I will probably add a box to remind me of them so when I am cutting coupons and planning my shopping trips I dont forget them. I have had to try to plan ahead and put all my stuff for one store in a little blank journal I got from the dollar spot of target to help me plan and sit down and round up the coupons I need so I am not shuffling through them in the cold car with my baby crying
I added spots in columns KLM of the at a glance section to put the following stores with a column for the store, column for how much I have available to spend in catalinas, RR or UPS and column for when they expire :
Rite Aid UPS $12
Walgreens RR $10
Albertsons
Safeway
Fred Meyer
Food Stamps
I dont have my wallet handy right this second to enter the expiration dates but I think I will add one more column for WIC to help remind me of that and I have included the food stamp amount in the comments of each transaction and logged it in the discount column so I can see what I am spending out of pocket right now but can remember later that when we dont use them anymore we will need to include more allowance in our budget for meat, milk, cheese, etc. those are the big things I am working on figuring out how to stock up and prep in the freezer and plan ahead so I dont have to spend as much out of pocket on those
It stops playing at 3minutes.
Thank you for sharing your Savings Tracker and your video explaining how to use it.
