Shopping Princess and I rocked it at Fred Meyer today, scouting out and finding you deals. I’m thinking at this point I should just perhaps start a feature “Adventures with the Shopping Princess.” What do you think?
Last night we clipped and clipped. My little guy helped too. And he’s done with school starting this Friday, so he may well join us for some adventures. Maybe he could be the Coupon Duke.
Anyhow, onto today’s HOT deals. Which I’m sure is the main reason you’re reading this post.
The small Tom’s of Maine Daily Moisture Bars are just $1.39!
$1/1 Tom’s of Maine Bar Soap coupon from 6/17 SmartSource
Bottom line: $0.39!
I did check and there were no size restrictions on the coupon – in fact, the daily moisture is pictured on the coupon. Went through no problems.
Other Tom’s of Maine are 30% this week too:
Full Size Bar Soap $2.65 – less $1/1 coupon = $1.65
Toothpaste $3.28 – less $1/1 coupon = $2.28
Floss $2.44 – less $1/1 coupon = $1.44
Deodorant (starts at $2.37) – less $1/1 coupon = $1.37
Sadly, I didn’t see the kind of deodorant that the $2.50 coupon came out for yesterday. Let me know if you see it!
Brut Deodorant – both stick and spray – just $1 (through 6/23)
$1/1 coupon from 6/10 SmartSource
Bottom line: FREE
Woah…looks like an untapped deal here…check out the stock! Yowza. I didn’t have the coupons with me (darn) but I’ll be headed back! I just checked the print on the coupon and it looks like it should work. Even if you don’t use the Brut or Tom’s of Maine, these might be great ideas for a donation. They are always looking for personal care items at the Food Banks. Just remember the 4 like coupon restriction per their coupon policy!
A few other quick notables:
Kroger Bandages
$1 each (through 6/23)
(This is my stock up price)
Kandoo 42-ct Wipes $1.79
$1/1 in-store coupon
Bottom line: $0.79
I love these things!
Kids Orajel Training Toothpaste $2.99
$1/1 coupon from 5/6 SmartSource
Bottom line: $1.99
Smuckers Ice Cream Toppings $2
$0.50/1 coupon from 6/10 Red Plum
Bottom line: $1.50
Silk Soymilk Singles $1
$1/1 printable coupon shared recently (not sure if this is still available)
Bottom line: FREE
Sweet Leaf Teas $1.25 (7/14)
$0.75/2 or $0.55/1 coupon from 5/20 Red Plum (depends on region)
Bottom line: as low as $0.70
Oh! And I wanted to remind you to do the instant sweepstakes game Kroger stores are running right now. I’ve earned (2) $0.25 e-coupons so far and here’s what happened at today’s shopping trip:
While you might be like, “pff, Angela, that’s just $0.50!” consider that it took me like 2 minutes to save $0.50 and pineapples are $1 this week. That’s like knocking the price on one of those down to $0.50. Or combined with the Tom’s of Maine deal above, you’ve got some nice soap for super cheap.
If you’re planning a trip, do make sure to stop by my Fred Meyer post this week for the full line up, and the $0.25 Popsicle deal I reported this morning!
I’d love to hear how these deals work for you, or if you spot any others!

I loaded the Popsicle e-coupon to my card, but it didn’t take it off my order. I bought 3 boxes. When I went to customer service to ask them why, they weren’t sure. So she said she’d give me a refund of $.75 for one of the boxes, but that it says limit one. I looked it up & it says “only one coupon per item”. To me this means that I should have been given $.75 off for each one. We talked about it for a little bit & she reluctantly gave me the $2.25.
Was I wrong?! And any idea why the coupon didn’t load to my card?
Thanks, Angela. Me & my family sure appreciate all your hard work on putting all these deals together.
Hi Dianna! While you’re right that coupons are limit one per item, with ecoupons it’s limit one ecoupon loaded per card – period. So it’s not going to work multiple times, just the once. Different than paper coupons, where you can bring in multiple like coupons. So this cashier was very generous in essentially letting you do the deal more than once.
Does that make sense?
I’m not sure why it didn’t load to your card – that’s odd. I’d try another ecoupon deal (maybe the instant sweeps I’ve been posting about?) and if you still run into issues, call or email customer service to make sure your card has been set up correctly.
I hope this helps!!
If you have more than one coupon loaded then you can have more than one come up (I’ve had several multiples between Freddy’s own coupons and loading them from shortcuts.com or cellfire) so that can happen so that’s another thing to keep in mind… but it’s true, only one of those per item but as long as it’s loaded, they should come off.
Thanks coupon project! I’m a new couponer and is loving all ur great tips!
Thanks Stacey – and welcome!
I shopped their this morning and it didn’t take off my prize. Wonder why?
I definitely think you should go with Adventures with Shopping Princess and The Duke of Deals….;)
Duke of Deals! PERFECT.
Do you know if the Yosicles are included in the sale? I think I have some coupons for those in my stash.
I don’t know that they are – but I will say that the last time Popsicles went on the $1 sale, Yosicles were NOT part of the promotion (I did check last time). They were significantly more.
No, they are not.
Hi I went to the FredMeyer in sumner and the tom’s of Maine soap was not $1.39!
any idea on why? Thanks!
The small ones! Did you see the small ones?
I found great deals on Tom’s at Bartells yesterday. Walgreens is also running a sale on Toms toothpaste that involves a RR.
At Fred Meyer’s today and the Yosicle is not included in $1 sale.
Yes, totally makes sense! Now I know!! Lol
I found the Tom’s Naturally Dry Antiperspirant/Deodorant at the Monroe Freddies! It’s on sale with the other deodorants for $3.28. Use the $2.50 coupon and it’s only $.78!!
I found them in the isle but I also noticed that there was a small Tom’s cardboard display at the end of one isle in the natural section that included this product.
OH MAN!! I entirely did NOT see them at my store! What a score!
