Cheap Energy Efficient Lightbulbs and Stayfree Pads at Fred Meyer!

I know this is an odd pairing, but it seemed just silly to publish two separate posts for each of these deals. So two deals, one post it is!

First off, over the weekend at my Fred Meyer deal, I spotted this fantastic deal on GE Energy Efficient light bulbs in the back of the store, on an end cap where the lamps are sold!

These are normally $7-8, but from now through 8/11, they are priced as low as $0.99 each! It appears that some of the discount is from PSE, the other comes from the store.

I checked, but was unable to locate any coupons in the online database I use. I’m not altogether surprised – I’d expect to see lightbulb deals in the fall and winter – not the middle of summer! But given that this sale will be going through 8/11, I’d keep an eye out.

The sale also includes floodlights, which I don’t normally spot discounts like this on!

I did pick up a couple boxes, and may snag some more soon, too!

Also, did you catch that hot $2/1 Stayfree coupon in yesterday’s SmartSource? It makes for FREE Stayfree at Walgreens this week, but if you’re having an issue with stock there, head to Fred Meyer:

While not free, $0.50 per pack is definitely stock up worthy! Just remember that Fred Meyer accepts a limit of 5 identical “like” coupons per trip. Heads up.

Planning a trip? See what else is at sale at Fred Meyer this week, and enter to win a $50 Fred Meyer gift card here at The Coupon Project!

Thanks for the tip, Angela. All of the local Walgreens were sold out of the Stayfree by Sunday afternoon, so I will definately be heading to Freddies.
If you choose to use the $2 Stayfree coupon, please remember that it says limit 1 per person. The store will not be reimbursed if you use more than one in the same transaction.
