The kind folks at Albertsons recently sent me a package that included a ton of food – Hunt’s Ketchup, Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes, Gevalia Coffee, Maxwell Coffee, Orville Redenbacher Popcorn, and much more. It was such a nice surprise to come home to!
Yesterday, I got word exactly what the package was all about. They have launched an instant win grocery game called “Race Back to School.”
How the Race Back to School Instant Win Game Works
When you buy 10 participating products in a single transaction, you’ll get a game code. Enter this online at www.albertsons.com/grocerygame, and race your grocery cart down an obstacle-filled Albertsons! By playing, you will have a chance to instantly win a $10, $25 or $75 Albertsons gift card. Additionally, you’ll be entered to win the grand prize of FREE groceries for a year just for playing.

I decided to play the game. It’s cute and not too tricky. You get to select a grocery shopping cart and then you race down the aisles to collect your groceries. (Warning: please do not do this IRL.)
