I’ve just gotten word from Albertsons that this upcoming week (August 15th – 21st) we’ll have another Round-up couponing event! For those of you unfamiliar with these events, here’s how it works:
- Coupons valued between $0.25 and $0.99 will be rounded up to $1.
- Coupons valued at $0.24 or less will be quadrupled.
- Coupons valued at $1 or over, will be redeemed at face value.
- Promotion excludes FREE coupons and e-coupons (save to Albertsons card.)
- Rounded-up coupons CANNOT produce overage.
So for example, if you have a $0.20/1 coupon for handsoap? It’s now worth $0.80/1! If you have a $0.75/1 coupon for peanuts, it’s now worth $1. Coupons that tend to work well for these sales include the “lower” value coupons such as P&G insert and General Mills insert coupons.
I’m going to do my very best to put together a list of unadvertised deals for you. In the meantime, heads up! And don’t forget we have Twice the Value coupon deals in progress through Tuesday, too.

Does “Round Up” include the game piece coupons as well?
