Incidentally, I’m running a 5K the weekend after next. I adore races and have participated in many myself over the past 10+ years (5Ks through full marathons). It’s been awhile since my last race (Seattle Rock ‘n Roll 1/2 Marathon – 2010), but I’ve been working hard at getting my “running legs” back! Is anyone else training for a race? Thinking of doing one?
