I got a great tip that the Mega Brands Toy Outlet in Fife, WA will be having a back to school sale this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday! At this sale you will find lots of back to school items (think crayons, pens, glue, etc.) as well as a selection of Mega Brands toys and building blocks. According to a tip I received, the prices should be quite strong as the product is primarily from overstock.
A couple things to note about the sale: 1) the sales tax is built into the price of the item! (So if you find a box of crayons for $0.25, expect to pay exactly $0.25!), and 2) this sale is CASH ONLY. There is an ATM on site, but you might want to plan accordingly.
Here are the hours:
- Thursday & Friday (Aug 16 & 17): 11:30AM – 6:30PM
- Saturday (Aug 18) 9AM – 5:30PM

Now I’ve never shopped this sale, but I know some of you really enjoy the holiday sale they do, so this may well be worth considering!
