Grocery Outlet Deals for 9/5 and new Ad Announcement!

Grocery Outlet has recently made some upgrades to the way you view their ads and specials and I wanted to make sure you were aware of them.

Here are the specific enhancements:

  • Web: you’ll now be able to create a shopping list that you can print or email to yourself.
  • Facebook: this app will allow you to view ad items, move them into a shopping list, and even share with your friends. (Visit the Grocery Outlet Weekly Ad tab to view this function.)
  • Mobile Site: you can now browse ad items on your smartphone and create a shopping list to bring it to the store with you!

When I set my store preference, I see I can now browse the circular by category, or by clicking on the images.

I also decided to pop by the Facebook page to check out the current deals. Here’s one that caught my eye! Notice that you can add it to your store shopping list, too.

Now onto the deals! Here are the ones that stood out to me for the week starting tomorrow, September 5th.

Head to Grocery Outlet to view the entire ad. I’m curious to hear if you’ll be taking advantage of the new features – does it appeal to you when you can make a mobile store list?

PS New to Grocery Outlet? Remember they are a different kind of grocery store, offering deep discounts on food through relationships they have with stores and manufacturers. Because of this, the manufacturers do not permit customers to redeem coupons at Grocery Outlet. However, Grocery Outlet does put out store coupons from time to time. For more information, please read my initial review trip from last summer as well as my trip to Berkeley last fall where I met with the Grocery Outlet corporate team.

That is awesome! ;) My daughter loves those Fiber One brownies and it’s hard to find them priced that low even with coupons, sales, Catalinas, etc. ;) Glad you had such a great trip!

I also found some organic fig bars, Maybe the ones you were talking about, they come in individual packages, each one has two bars. We all loved them, my two kids devoured them while I was gone for the weekend. Would definetely go back and see if I can find more of those. Thanks for the posts! :)
