I just called to make an appointment and she asked me if I had gotten the email with the offer. I told her I saw it on a blog and she said it may or may not be available to me, that they were sending them out to customers that had a JcPenney card. She did make me an appointment though and told me to print out the offer and hopefully it would work-no promises though!
