You should be able to load a FREE Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials (10-ct box) eCoupon to your Fred Meyer Rewards card. I just checked, and the same offer is available at QFC’s ecoupon site, which leads me to believe you’d be able to find this freebie at any Kroger store you shop at that has an e-coupon site.
