Yesterday, I shared that Disney’s Phineas and Ferb: The Best LIVE Tour Ever! is coming to Western Washington! This is a family-friendly LIVE show that will take place on Saturday, January 26th in Kent at the Showare Center and Sunday, January 27th in Everett at the Comcast Arena.

As you might have guessed, the show is inspired by the popular Disney show, Phineas and Ferb, and the characters will move from screen to stage in an upbeat, humorous, and high-energy production. The show contains 14 hit songs from the animated series along with an original song written for the tour!

“For the first time ever, we take characters that begin our show in animation and have them transform into live action right in front of the audience’s eyes,” says Producer Alana Feld.  “While maintaining the integrity of the characters, we present them in a whole new way that can only be done on stage.”

The action-packed show was directed and choreographed by two-time Emmy^®-nominee Fred Tallaksen and features a mixture of slapstick comedy, tumbling and even stunts that will wow the audience. I also love how the show will be combining a wide variety of music and dance ranging from a reggae hip-hop beach party scene to a Bollywood number. I think it’s going to be a ton of fun and can’t wait to take my family!

Besides the singing and dancing, there will be fun and bright costumes, impressive scenic pieces (including a 13-foot tall monster truck with giant marshmallows), and a giant slide that will magically transport the characters from the video screen to the live stage.
