Please join me for my next, FREE webcast scheduled for Monday, March 12th 13th at 8pm PST. I started these webcasts as a way for folks to get live, free teaching on coupon-related topics without the cost or hassle of coming to one of my classes. No childcare, no parking. Heck, you can watch in your PJs and with a big cup of cocoa!
This Monday I’m going to be talking about my experience shopping and couponing for a vegan diet. Specifically, a whole-foods, plant-based diet with no meat or dairy products. Whether or not you’re a vegan or on a specialty diet, I think I learned some interesting things that would help out anyone’s shopping efforts.
Some of what I’ll talk about will include:
- The importance of meal planning.
- Tips for sticking to your budget.
- Strategies for saving on items that don’t have coupons.
- How to make it work when some of your family members are not on your specialty diet.
- Ideas for overhauling your pantry without breaking the bank.
- Finding free resources to support your new diet or healthful eating plan.

Did you know January is when Target marks a number of toys by 70% off? Right now you can find these toys marked somewhere from 30-50%, and likely late next week or the following, this will jump to 70%. This is one of the ways I’ve been able to stock up on great Christmas and birthday gifts for cheap. Everything pictured above was purchased for right around $60 including tax at one of these sales!
