I always see eBooks, but haven’t invested yet in a Kindle or other device to read.. so for now, it’s paper books and I tend to pick them up at Half Priced Books in Tacoma. :)
I have several Vegan cookbooks and some pretty good recipes from Pinterest I’ve found; easy and delish. I’ll forward a couple of my favs this week if you like.
Also you might look at Chef Mark Anthony. I met him a few months ago and got the pleasure of following him during his visit. His recipes are easy to follow and very good as well. He also has a Facebook page.

    Have a great day!

Hi Jamie! I just want to make sure you’re aware you can still take advantage of these freebies without a Kindle. In fact, prior to having a Kindle, this is what I did too – just download the free software to your computer or phone. When/if you buy a Kindle, you can “sync” it to your account and all your ebooks will transfer over. (The link/info to this is in the last part of my post above.)

If you’re looking for additional vegan recipes, I do have a vegan pinterest board you might be interested in with over 100 vegan recipes. Several of my favorite pinned recipes I later went back and added notes to about my thoughts: http://pinterest.com/angelajrussell/going-vegan/

I am always looking at recipes. I often find good eats on pinterest, it’s possible I may have snagged one from you!

        Thanks so much!
