This is the time of year that it really starts to get busy at Costco. I am personally not a fan of huge crowds, busy parking lots, and long shopping lines. However, sometimes these obstacles are worth facing since Costco sells such cool stuff… stuff you can’t just find anywhere at those prices!
I decided to pop by my store yesterday to see how they were gearing up for the holiday season. I did not leave disappointed. With that, here’s this month installment of Stuff I didn’t know I needed…until I went to Costco.
I was SO EXCITED to see the 32 Degrees thermal apparel pop back up this month! The kids’ 2-piece set (long-sleeve shirt and pants) is just $7.99 after instant rebate and there is no limit. I purchase these for my kids to wear when they are doing their sports outside in the cold. They work great under soccer practice apparel or as a base layer for snowy weather. While not as thick as Under Armor, they definitely do the trick. Stock up, party people.
They also have the men & women’s 32 Degrees long-sleeve shirts on instant rebate for $6.99 now. I have a couple of these and actually wore them as winter running shirts. They also worked great for layering under sweaters on chilly soccer game days.
I sure thought these were cool. They are LED Coverlights you just plug into outlets. So at night, they’ll glow. You could put them in your hallways or wherever you’d appreciate having a little light at night. They were selling the 3-pack for $13.99 after instant manufacturer’s rebate.
Costco is selling this 2-pack of headlights for $28.99. I actually needed a headlight for my daughter as she’s doing cross country this fall and practices end up being in the dark. This would’ve saved me some money…
I love these little hand warmers! We bought a box last year and use them for soccer games and other events where we have to be out in the cold for an extended chunk of time. They also sell boxes of toe warmers, but I’ve not tried those.
SUPER cozy blankets for $11.99 (King) and $10.99 (Queen) after instant manufacturer’s rebate. People were going nuts over them at my store. This is such a great price for how soft they are!
I did pretty well today, only spending $60.43 (including $3.51 in tax). I bought the 32 degrees sets for my kids, organic coconut water (Costco has a good price on this!), the furry gloves, a rotisserie chicken (yum!), pretzel rolls, and a 3-pack of Chai tea. Not bad.
Now it’s your turn: what has caught your eye recently at Costco? Have you seen or purchased any of the items I shared above?
