Fred Meyer Weekly Coupon Deals 4/1 – 4/10: Lots of Grocery Deals + Ad Cycle Changes

4/2/18 Angela Russell

The post below may contain affiliate links. For more information, please see my Disclosure Policy.

The new Fred Meyer ad started Sunday, April 1st and runs through Tuesday, April 10th. Did you catch that? The ad cycles at Fred Meyer are about to change from Sunday – Saturday to the traditional grocery cycle of Wednesday – Tuesday. I’m curious to know what you feel about this. I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I’ve loved having a grocery store that runs a bit counter to the typical. Selfishly, as a bargain blogger I’m looking forward to not having to worry about a new ad breaking on the weekend!

As always, make sure to check out Fred Meyer’s ecoupons before heading out – you might find a few good ones to apply to your shopping list!

Are you 55 or older? Shop on Tuesday, April 3rd for Senior Discount Day.

You might wish to check out my Ultimate Fred Meyer Shopping Guide to make sure you’re making the most of your Fred Meyer shopping trips, too!

As usual, I’ve highlighted my favorite deals in red.

I prefer the Sunday to Saturday sale cycle like target, rite aid etc. I always miss things at Albertsons because of the mid week switch.

Spokane has been on the new system since the fall. Took a while to get used to but now I like it.

I just hate change, especially with fm. They always seem to change things just when I get used to them!

Can we get the sale items with using Click list? Like the shredded cheese, toilet paper etc.
