Who doesn’t love free stuff? Nowadays it is so easy to get your hands on freebies with just a few clicks of the mouse or taps on your phone. Plus, it’s just fun getting mail!

Many companies like to send out free sample boxes. It’s a win-win situation!

You as the consumer get to try free products, and you may love the freebies so much that you tell others about them and/or decide to pay for the full-size product later.

I love getting sample-size items. Beauty items like shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, and the like are perfect to toss in a bag for travel, and snack items can be kept in the car or your desk at work for a quick pick-me-up.

Where to Get Free Sample Boxes

It’s fun to get freebies, but it’s not always easy to tell which free sample boxes are legit and which are…less so. We’ve done the work for you to put together an awesome list.

Here are my favorite ways to get free sample boxes – most with free shipping, too!

1. PINCHme

PINCHme homepage

PINCHme sends free sample boxes by partnering with well-known companies like Kraft, P&G, Unilever, L’Oréal, Kellogg’s, and more. There’s no catch and no credit card required, and they ship for free, as well!

Just complete your profile so they know which samples to send you, then claim your samples each month (you choose which samples you want from a list they give you).

These samples go quickly, so once you get the email that they’re available, scurry on over to PINCHme to grab yours! Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Once you receive your samples, try them out! PINCHme will send a follow-up survey to get your feedback.

I have noticed in the past that the more diligent you are about filling out feedback surveys, the more samples they’ll offer you.

And I just spotted a new feature – PINCHme coins! You’ll get rewarded when you send PINCHme your feedback, but also by completing additional offers and filling out online surveys.

These coins can be redeemed for free products, gift cards, and even an iPhone 11! (Although it will take you a loooooooong time to get enough coins for that one.)

2. Walmart Sample Boxes

Walmart Baby Registry Welcome Box

Walmart offers two sample boxes. The first is the Walmart Baby Registry Welcome Box. This box is completely free to those who create a baby registry for their little ones.

Once you create your registry, you’ll fill out the form with your registry URL, mailing information, and due date, then wait for your box to show up! Samples vary but may include products from Huggies, Dr. Brown’s, Dreft, Enfamil, Johnson’s, and more.

Walmart Beauty Box

Another option from Walmart is the Walmart Beauty Box. This sample box is shipped out seasonally (four times a year), but it’s not totally free…you’ll need to pay $6.98 for the box which includes shipping.

The Walmart Beauty Box includes beauty samples for each season as well as tips on products sold at Walmart both in-store and online. Participating brands include Aveeno, Bioré, Burt’s Bees, Caress, Cetaphil, and more.

It’s easy to get started – just fill out your beauty profile which includes information on your age, skin and hair concerns, and shopping habits so they can get an idea of what to send you.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a box each season until you cancel which you can do online. Walmart may send you a survey asking for your feedback, but it’s not necessary to fill this out to keep receiving samples.

Walmart Beauty Boxes are sent out once per season: Winter (starting November), Spring (starting February), Summer (starting May), and Fall (starting August).

LIMITED TIME: New subscribers can use the coupon code SIXGLDN2022 at checkout to get a free sample of Six Golden Nourishing Facial Oil (a $9 value) with their first Beauty Box! Offer ends 8/22 or while supplies last.

Keep in mind that SampleSource.com samples go very quickly once they’re available (as in, within hours), so watch your email like a hawk if this interests you.

There is a limit of one package per address and/or email and/or IP. There are SampleSource programs available for both the US and Canada.

  1. So,,,,this is a pet peeve of mine.

First, if you have to pay shipping and handling for something, it not “free”. Free means there isn’t a cost associated with it.

Second PINCHme and Samplesource sound good, thanks.
