  1. If you can “catch” them, Costco has a great little Frozen dress (and other princesses, too!). We picked up on a couple of months ago for around $16. It’s called the deluxe set and came with a crown and a wig! I’m not sure how quickly things disappear or if they’re being stocked any time soon, but that has been the *best* buy. We purchased another Frozen dress at Target for around $18, but like the Costco one better. The Target one has scratchy sleeves and fits tighter, but it has a built in poofy part to the skirt. The Costco one has a little bigger fit, has a long skirt and a full cape. The con with it is the finger holes for the sleeves, although they are made of elastic, are too small for my 5 year old’s fingers. So…good luck to all looking! We feel fortunate that we’ve found what we’ve found. 🙂
