I wanted to keep you in the loop about upcoming prices I’m finding for Zaycon Fresh deliveries for our area. In case you’re unfamiliar, Zaycon Fresh is a great way to save money on food (mostly meat, and sometimes produce and other items) by buying farm direct. This means, you’re not buying from a store. Instead, you’ll purchase your meat in bulk and show up at a Zaycon delivery event at an area near you.
Head to Zaycon Fresh to learn more how it works if you’re unfamiliar and set up an account.
With that, here are some of the upcoming deals I’m finding:
- Fresh, Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 40 lbs – $1.89/lb (mid June)
- Super Lean Ground Beef (93/7), 40 lbs – $3.79/lb (mid July) – great price!
- Fresh Ground Beef (80/20), 40 lbs – $2.79/lb (mid July)
- Premium Hickory Smoked Bacon, 36 lbs – $3.99/lb (early August)
- Ground Turkey (90/10), 40 lbs – $2.19/lb (early August)

Finally, if you’re wondering what on earth you’d do with 40 pounds (or more!) of meat all at a time, let me reassure you! This is what 40 pounds of chicken breast looked like in my freezer last year after prepping it into meals (minus the turkey, of course!):
I do greatly prefer to turn my meat into meals, incidentally. I find it’s an added benefit of buying my food in bulk. I’m saving myself money, why not save myself some time, too?
